For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.3 Single Account. Each Player is entitled to register one (1) Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
c2x555 does not accept Accounts registered by or on behalf of minors under any circumstances. Age verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any earlier stage.
4.1 To access the full functionality of the Platform, including deposits, withdrawals and participation in promotions, you must complete the registration process and, where required, submit to identity verification (KYC).
4.2 KYC documentation typically required includes: a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or current passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and where requested, a selfie or liveness check to confirm identity.
4.3 Documents must be authentic, unaltered and clearly legible. Submitting falsified, edited, cropped or otherwise altered documents is strictly prohibited, constitutes fraud, and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4.4 KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification flow. c2x555 will never request sensitive documents through unencrypted email, social media or third-party chat applications.
4.5 c2x555 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until satisfactory KYC verification is complete.
5.1 Your Account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access or use your Account, or use another person's Account.
5.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify c2x555 support immediately via live chat or the contact email provided.
5.3 c2x555 strongly recommends that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, use a unique and strong password, and never access their Account from shared or public devices.
5.4 c2x555 will not be held liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, provided that c2x555 has not been negligent in its own security obligations.
6.1 Deposits. Players may deposit funds into their Account using the payment methods made available through the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. c2x555 does not accept third-party deposits — funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
6.2 Payment References. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual references to payment infrastructure familiar to Pakistani users. These entities are not partners, endorsers or affiliates of c2x555 and do not imply that any of these providers support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions.
6.3 Cryptocurrency. BTC, USDT and other eligible digital assets may be accepted as deposit methods where available. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network confirmation times and any applicable blockchain fees, which are the Player's responsibility.
6.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) no pending investigations relating to the Account.

6.6 Currency. Account balances are displayed in PKR for Pakistani users where available. c2x555 reserves the right to apply applicable currency conversion rates to transactions denominated in other currencies. All applicable rates and fees are displayed before a transaction is confirmed.
Withdrawals to third parties are strictly prohibited. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party method will be declined and may trigger an account review.
7.1 All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
7.2 Bets are only accepted and settled in accordance with the official results provided by the relevant governing body, league or casino game provider. For cricket, this includes results officially published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC) and other recognised governing bodies for PSL and ICC tournaments.
7.3 c2x555 reserves the right to void any bet placed: (a) following an obvious pricing error; (b) in circumstances where a technical malfunction affected the bet placement or game outcome; or (c) where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent, collusive or irregular betting activity.
7.4 RTP. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are published within the respective game information panels. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Casino games involve an inherent house edge.
7.5 Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and closure at any time at the Platform's discretion — including during events, stoppages, or where market integrity cannot be assured.

8.5 Expiry. Unclaimed or un-used bonus offers will expire in accordance with the timeframe stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
8.6 All bonus amounts stated on c2x555 (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative maximums. Actual bonus amounts depend on the Player's qualifying deposit and are subject to the specific bonus terms in effect at the time of the offer.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable:

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or creation of derivative works is permitted without the prior written consent of c2x555.
11.3 Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to c2x555 regarding the Platform may be used by c2x555 without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c2x555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
12.2 c2x555's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to any minimum liability floor required by applicable law.
12.3 c2x555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", and c2x555 expressly disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
12.4 c2x555 shall not be liable for delays, failures or interruptions to the Services resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, power cuts or government actions.
13.1 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting c2x555 support through live chat or the published support email. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
13.2 By c2x555. c2x555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account with or without notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) provision of false or fraudulent information; (c) suspected money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or (e) any other conduct that c2x555 reasonably determines to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform.
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money funds will be returned unless subject to an active fraud or AML investigation.
13.4 Self-Exclusion Closure. Accounts closed pursuant to a self-exclusion request will be subject to a re-opening cooling-off period. c2x555 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent access during a self-exclusion period.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c2x555 holds its operating licence.
14.2 Nothing in these Terms is intended to constitute legal advice to Players regarding the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
